To maintain these exceptional savings, we operate with a strict "All Sales Are Final" policy, meaning no returns or exchanges can be accepted. Please make sure to review your purchase carefully before finalizing it.
Rest assured, all purchased merchandise from Sweet Dreams Furniture will be delivered in brand new condition. If, by any chance, you receive a damaged product or find missing pieces, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery or pick-up to be eligible for any claims. After this timeframe, no claims can be accommodated.
Sweet Dreams Furniture reserves the right to refuse or not accept any request for return, exchange, or refund for any approved and signed purchase through a sales-purchase document. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will be processed for merchandise that has been put on hold with money down but has not yet been picked up or delivered. Any change, cancellation, or return initiated by the customer, will be subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the total value of the product in question. If the request is approved, for a product to be eligible, it must be in its original packaging and free from defects, scratches, or damage.
